JOB DESCRIPTION:

eLearning Developer - Century City - R20,000-R25,000 per month (Negotiable)

 

Seeking a creative eLearning Developer to help shape the future of online learning and inspire learners within customer operations. This role will play a major part in designing, developing and delivering online courses. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging online courses for Customer Ops teams
  • Conduct effective needs analysis and provide applicable solutions
  • Work with SMEs to understand requirements of learning content
  • Performing basic LMS administration functions
  • Work with an established Training Team to support current learning practices
  • Project manage the development of online learning courses from concept to delivery

 

Key Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience within eLearning development
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Articulate 360
  • Strong presentation and writing skills
  • Solid knowledge of adult learning and design principles
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills

 

Desirable Skills

  • Video editing
  • Experience of using Adobe suite of tools
  • Experience/interest in Sports
  • LMS experience
