SUMMARY:
Pietermaritzburg Area -KZN: Our client is looking for a Farm Manager to join the team.
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Agricultural Diploma/Degree
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior supervisory role
Strong management skills
Must have good organization and time management skills
Detail orientated
Computer literate
Ability to speak Zulu essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid code EB drivers license

RESPONSIBILITIES

Allocation of daily tasks and supervision of employees
General farm duties, including but not limited to, growing and ensiling hybrid grasses
The general management of the infrastructure matters, including but not limited to all routine housekeeping, e.g., water reticulation, irrigation and drainage, road surfaces etc
