SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven F&B Manager for a busy property in the northern parts of Jo'Burg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Hospitality degree or similar qualification
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a F&B Manager
  • Excellent communication, delegation and management skills
  • At least 8 years’ experience in Hotels/Hospitality/Restaurant industry.
  • Micros and Materials Control knowledge
  • Familiar with menu planning, beverage costs etc
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Stock management
  • Staff management
