• Train and mentor F&B team members in wine service and pairing.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create cohesive food and wine pairings.
• Monitor inventory, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, consistently exceeding expectations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager, preferably in a luxury or fine-dining setting.
• Extensive knowledge of wines, wine pairing, and cellar management.
• Certification in wine education (e.g., WSET Level 3 or above, Sommelier Certification) is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
