JOB DESCRIPTION:

Dynamic property development concern seeks a Financial Manager with a formal qualification and 5 years financial accounts experience. Own car essential. Position will include financial and operational reporting, budgets, full preparation for auditors, financial systems maintenance and implementation, cashflow management and general administration and operational assistance. Candidate must be self motivated, well organized and able to deal effectively with challenges in a busy and stimulating environment.
