FMCG, Processing, Packaging, Cold Storage and Distribution Company seeks an FMCG Telesales Person to market processed meat to market, wholesale and retail and butcheries
REQUIREMENTS
Matric and own transport
Excellent telephone etiquette, communication skills in English and Afrikaans
Motivated, driven, and be able to work under pressure.
Experience in Telesales ESSENTIAL, in FMCG
Experience in the meat industry
Must be computer literate.
DUTIES
Phoning Clients to establish order requirements
Accurately processing of placed orders from customers.
Handling customer queries
Building sound customer relationships
Follow up on orders
Solving any discrepancies
Follow up with Management on daily progress
General administration duties required
