Our 5-star hotel in Limpopo is looking for a friendly and professional FO Attendant to be the face of our hotel and deliver top-tier guest service.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and memorable experience.
Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all guest needs are met.
Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and bookings with a high level of professionalism.
Maintain accurate guest records and process payments smoothly.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience in front office roles in a hospitality setting, ideally in a 5-star hotel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in hotel management software.
Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
