SUMMARY: • Qualification required: BSc Food Science Degree / Honours • FSSC 22000 (manage & maintain food safety) ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT • HACCP - ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT • ISO 22000 : 2005 (understanding ISO & Internal Auditing) • Minimum 5 years’ experience in R&D, specifically Beverage, Sweet, Dairy, Confectionery environment.
