FOOD RETAIL STORE TELESALES – Wetton, Cape Town – R9 000 to R12 000

FMCG, Processing, Packaging, Cold Storage and Distribution Company seeks a FMCG Telesales Person to market processed meat to market, wholesale and retail and butcheries.

Must have experience in calling on food retail stores.

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric and own transport
• Excellent telephone etiquette, communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Motivated, driven and be able to work under pressure.
• Experience in Telesales ESSENTIAL, in FMCG
• Experience in the meat industry
• Must be computer literate.

DUTIES

• Phoning Clients to establish order requirements
• Accurately processing of placed orders from customers.
• Handling customer queries
• Building sound customer relationships
• Follow up on orders
• Solving any discrepancies
• Follow up with Management on daily progress
• General administration duties required
