Duties:
- Investigate and analyse financial variances between actuals and forecasts, ensuring timely reporting to key stakeholders. Provide insight into financial performance and highlight areas for improvement.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and assist in quarterly reforecasts.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure that financial forecasts are accurate, realistic, and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and systems.
- Streamline reporting, improve forecasting accuracy, and help drive efficiency across finance operations.
Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications: - You must be a qualified Chartered Accountant CA (SA)
- Strong academic record, demonstrating excellence and a solid understanding of accounting principles
Experience: - Practical auditing exposure within the mining industry or banking sector
