Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Modeling and Analysis: Build, refine, and maintain dynamic models to support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and business case evaluations
- Performance Reporting: Deliver detailed monthly/quarterly financial reporting packs and dashboards, with insights that influence strategic decision-making
- Strategic Forecasting: Assist in long-term financial planning and monitor business performance against key financial targets
- Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with operational teams, finance leadership, and senior stakeholders to ensure financial alignment and performance tracking
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Support broader strategic initiatives through in-depth market and peer analysis
Qualifications and Profile:- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline (CFA/CA(SA) advantageous)
- 2–5 years’ relevant experience in FP&A, financial services, or investment analysis
- Proficiency in Excel-based modelling and reporting tools (experience with Power BI, Anaplan, or similar software is a plus)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and commercially astute
