SUMMARY:
The Front Desk/Customer Service Assistant will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional reception experience. This role includes answering inquiries, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
