FUEL STATION MANAGER (MIDDELBURG)

SUMMARY:
The Fuel Station Manager is responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of the fuel station, including supervising staff, managing inventory and fuel shipments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to safety protocols. The role requires a strong leader with previous experience in fuel station management to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably.

Qualifications & Experience
- Matric certificate
-5 - 10 years of experience in a retail environment 
- Previous FMCG / Store management experience is non-negotiable 
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards in fuel operations 
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills 
- Proficiency in basic financial management and inventory control
