SUMMARY:
Our Client is looking for a Facilitator/Assessor that will focus on planning and preparing for each facilitation session, considering the principles of adult learning. Ensure a positive and interesting learning climate through innovative facilitation methods.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Tasks and Responsibilities

Test and review training materials.
Enforce discipline in the classroom and strict adherence to classroom and programme rules and expectations.
Ensure facilitator documentation and reports are completed and submitted timeously.
Act as mentor and coach to learners, provide relevant and constructive feedback after learning sessions and assessment sessions.
Ensure relevant SETA documentation is completed and filed correctly using the appropriate method.
Marking of formative assessments to be completed timeously.
Implementation of QMS system and ensure functionality and compliance with all verification, legal and internal evaluation standards.
Ensure that all training is aligned to specific training outcomes and requirements.
Ensure assessor documentation and reports are completed and submitted timeously.
Ensure all assessment principles are adhered to.
Assist with the recruitment of learners as required.

Requirements:

OD ETD Qualification
Registered Assessor
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Driver’s licence
Must be willing/flexible to do training all over the country
