SUMMARY:
Company based in Sandton is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Grade 12 essential
  • Diploma would be beneficial 
  • 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Oversee and arrange all repairs, maintenance and services of company vehicles
  • Monthly and quarterly reporting as required 
  • Managing insurance and insurance claims when required
  • Inspect pool cars weekly to ensure they are kept in good order
  • Keep register for pool car usage up to date and submit monthly to Finance
  • Keep Fleet movement spreadsheet up to date at all times
  • Responsible for Electric fencing and gates including garden/s where relevant including irrigation system/s
  • Responsible for carports / shade net maintenance
  • Ensure office tools such as binder/s shredders and laminating machine is in good working condition
  • Annual service of fire extinguishers
  • Responsible for maintenance and repairs of generators
  • Coordinating ad-hoc repairs as and when reported and approved
  • Maintaining the facilities tracker at all times
