Factory Manager(Artisan/Mech Eng)

Responsibilities:

• Overall Planning and Management of factory and relevant projects.
• Quality Management on work done in factory and relevant projects.
• Quote on potential work for factory.
• Manage resources/labour/finances/invoicing/cash flow.
• Attending site meetings.
• Liaison with clients and client representatives as well as suppliers.
• Basic HR function.
• Writing daily and monthly reports.
• Co-ordinate all logistic movements of trucks and plant.

Requirements:

• “Red Seal” artisan or Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Equivalent (Diploma Preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook Etc.
• Good communication skills written and verbal.
• Healthy and fit
• Read and Interpret Mechanical and Civil drawings.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to make decisions within post perimeters.
• High level of problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Code 10 license (advantageous).
• Advantageous - Courses completed. (NACE 1, Inspector courses, Management Courses, H&S, etc.
• Advantageous - Minimum 5 Year’s post qualifications experience.
