Our client is seeking a skilled Farm Foreman to oversee daily operations, manage farm workers, and ensure the smooth running of their farm. As a key member of their team, you'll play a critical role in maintaining productivity, optimizing farm practices, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency. The roles of Farm Foreman (Ref: MIR 2934130374) and Farm Administrator (Ref: MIR 1847302582) are ideally suited for a couple.

Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Valid drivers license (Code 14)
- Reliable transport
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Extensive knowledge about CASE 4430 sprayers, John Deere 4630 sprayers, and CAT tractors
- Must be willing to work long hours
- Must be fit and able to work hard
Required skills:
- Must be able to calibrate planters
- Must be able to read and interpret the data from a John Deere GPS receiver to make sure that the seeds are planted with a high level of precision
- Must have extensive knowledge about different types of crops, crop farming, harvesting and precision farming
- Attention to detail
- Time-management
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Team player
Remuneration:
R 20 000 basic, depending on experience, a company vehicle, a guaranteed 13th cheque, as well as accommodation on the farm
Working hours:
Monday to Saturday: Sun up until sun down (working hours might vary, depending on the amount of work set out for the day)
