Responsibilities include:
- Management of layer poultry farm and all relevant farming activities
- Management of poultry houses
- Personnel management
- Overall production planning
- Stock management and purchases
- Manage / oversee facilities and infrastructure
- Oversee maintenance
- Report and provide feedback w.r.t. production information
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification (diploma / degree) will be beneficial
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial role
- Practical experience in a layer poultry production environment will be beneficial
- Outstanding organisational and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Professional administrative and computer skills
