POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a skilled Fiberglass Technician specializing in motorhome panel repairs. The ideal candidate will have mid-level experience and a strong understanding of fiberglass materials, tools, and repair techniques.

You will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged fiberglass panels on motorhomes, ensuring a high-quality finish and maintaining structural integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and assess damaged fiberglass panels on motorhomes.
• Clean, sand, and prepare surfaces for repair.
• Apply fiberglass materials such as resin, gelcoat, and matting to damaged areas.
• Use various techniques to repair and shape fiberglass panels.
• Sand, grind, and polish repaired areas to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish.
• Collaborate with team members and management to meet deadlines and ensure exceptional results.

• 2+ years of experience in fiberglass repair, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of fiberglass materials, techniques, and processes.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality work.
• Valid driver’s license.
