Fiduciary Assistant

SUMMARY:
We are on the hunt for a Fiduciary Assistant to support a leading Asset Manager. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing and administering estate planning solutions for high net worth clients, ensuring the efficient administration of trusts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

POSITION INFO:

• Manage trust administration processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate client communications regarding estate planning documents and progress updates.
• Organise meetings and prepare necessary documentation.
• Manage billing processes using the Fiduciary billing module, including annual fee sheets and timely debt collection.
• Ensure compliance with FICA, FAIS, and other regulatory requirements for trust bank accounts.
• Maintain accurate and secure records, both physically and digitally.
• Prepare AGM materials, manage trust bank accounts, and draft basic trust documents.
• Coordinate with accountants for financial statements and tax returns, and liaise with the Master's office.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
