Position: Field Compliance Coordinator
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) coordination, with a focus on oil and gas project management engineering. This role requires expertise in EPC phases, including engineering, material procurement, and construction management.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on-site.
Coordinate and manage HSE activities across various project phases.
Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
Develop and implement safety training programs for staff.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSE activities.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Safety or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 years of experience as an HSE Coordinator.
Relevant work experience in oil and gas project management engineering.
Experience in EPC phases with an emphasis on construction management.
Technically qualified to support projects effectively.
Preferred certification: OSHA for Safety background.
Advanced technical and soft skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English.
Professional and well-presented personality.
