JOB DESCRIPTION:

Field Service Consultant

position available in our Operations Department.

Job Title: Field Service Consultant

Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities:

• Franchise Operational Evaluations

• On-site Franchise Operational Support

• Build and maintain good relationships with franchisees and their teams

• Identify and solve any Operational issues franchises might experience

• Handle Franchise Customer Complaints

• Add value to the Franchises

Requirements:

• Matric

• Excellent communication abilities and at least 2-years Franchise support experience an advantage

• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)

• Goal driven and passionate

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong numeracy and administrative skills

• Must be able to travel Skills:

• Attention to detail

• Excellent customer skills

• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in Afrikaans and English

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Well-presented and professional

• Must be able to work under pressure

• Plan and complete tasks accurately and timeously
