R18 000 - R25 000 Per Month
My client is looking for a Site Manager that can take overall responsibility for the successful management of the filling station

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Must have excellent communication skills in English and at least one other local language
• Must have experience in managing a major oil company site or at least 5 years experience as a Filling Station Manager
• Be a team leader and motivate all staff members
• Must be focused, capable of analytical thinking and have clear decision-making skills
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Plan and oversee shift changes
• Ensure proper maintenance of all operational systems
• Ensure SHEQ and all statutory compliance is adhered to
• Take responsibility for all stock on site, including fuel and Convenience Shop
