Finance & Human Resources Admin needed!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Urgently looking for a Finance & Human Resources Admin to join our client's finance team in Green Point.

Duties:

Monthly payroll
Maintain employee records
Monitor accounts payable & accounts receivable
Investigate and resolve queries
Update budgets
Follow up with owed amounts

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Matric
BCom / Diploma in Accounting / Bookkeeping / Financial Management
6 years’ experience in a similar role
Google Suite proficiency, and advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills are important (non-negotiable)
Experience with Xero / Dext platforms is highly advantageous
