Finance & Human Resources Admin needed!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Urgently looking for a Finance & Human Resources Admin to join our client's finance team in Green Point.
 
Duties:
  • Monthly payroll
  • Maintain employee records
  • Monitor accounts payable & accounts receivable
  • Investigate and resolve queries
  • Update budgets
  • Follow up with owed amounts
 
Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • Matric
  • BCom / Diploma in Accounting / Bookkeeping / Financial Management
  • 6 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Google Suite proficiency, and advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills are important (non-negotiable)
  • Experience with Xero / Dext platforms is highly advantageous
