SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Co-ordinate administrative applications
Allocation, monitoring, and supervision of the administrative section
Invoicing of administrative applications for surveys
Updating the fee book
FEC applications for invoices
Funding coordination with the bank for funds received
Checking supplier invoices to quotes and coordinating invoices for authorization
Follow up on queries from creditors
Prepare and load EFT supplier payments
Maintaining and updating beneficiary information
Forward remittances to clients to indicate payments made
Preparing credit notes as required
Handling enquiries/queries on customer invoices and supplier invoices
Compiles repatriations for remittance
Ad Hoc projects within the operations, admin and finance
