POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 with Mathematics Literature at least (need strong numerical ability).
• Proficiency in Excel (create formulas and edit spreadsheets).
• Basic knowledge of debtors and creditors / bookkeeping would be ideal.
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English).
• Must reside in or near Centurion.
• Must be highly detail-oriented and highly accurate in all tasks.
• Must demonstrate neat and meticulous work habits.
• Impeccable Time Management Skills.
• Be able to work within a young and dynamic team.
• Work well under pressure.

• Organise and maintain accurate filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Assist with statutory compliance tasks, including:
  • Tax Compliance: Assisting with tax-related documentation for SARS submissions.
  • Company Compliance: Supporting the filing of necessary documentation with CIPC.
• Support and administration related to finance.
• Issue and follow up on assignments as directed.
• Perform basic personal assistant duties.
