SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity awaits a proactive Finance Administrator to join a dynamic trading and exporting company based in La Mercy.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in finance administration, creditor and debtor management, and general accounting tasks. The role will also require maintaining accurate financial records, assisting the buying team with supplier requirements, and ensuring smooth month-end processes.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Perform creditors reconciliations.
Manage weekly debtor follow-ups and ensure timely collections.
Load bi-weekly payments onto the banking platform for authorization.
Capture financial documents onto the Sage system.
Generate month-end financial reports.
Ensure all financial paperwork (debtors, creditors, and quotes) is in order before month-end.

Supplier & Stock Management:

Assist the buying team with supplier requirements.
Update and maintain the supplier database.
Manage stock control within the warehouse.

General Administration & Compliance:

Maintain Health & Safety files.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in finance administration or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of creditors and debtors reconciliations.
Experience with Sage 1 is a strong advantage.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
