SUMMARY:
Our Client in the Security and Safety Industry is looking for a Finance Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Excellent administrative skills with high attention to detail, this is a Front of house position so professionalism and interaction with Clients is essential.

Be prepared to work shifts on a rotating schedule:
Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00 or 09:00 to 17:00
Saturdays 09:00 to 12:00

Pastel/Sage knowledge and experience in the following:
Invoicing
Account queries
Allocation of payments
Supplier Invoices
Vat Submission

General Admin Adhoc duties as required
