Job Overview:
The Finance Intern will support the Finance Department by performing various accounting and financial tasks. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Support the team in compiling and analyzing financial statements.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Help with the processing of invoices and payments.
• Assist in managing accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.

Data Entry:

• Enter financial data into accounting software accurately and timely.
• Maintain and update financial records and documents.

Reconciliation:

• Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial transactions.
• Help ensure all accounts are balanced and discrepancies are investigated.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Support the team in preparing budgets and forecasts.

Compliance:

• Help ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.

Administrative Support:

• Provide general administrative support to the Finance Department.
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations and reports
