SUMMARY:
Our client an automotive dealership in Malawi has an opportunity available for a Dealership Finance Manager to join their team. Applicants must have experience in the automotive industry. The successful incumbent will be required to relocate to Malawi.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification required:

BCom and Articles or BCom Honours and Articles
Qualified Chartered Accountant is preferred

Skills and experience required:

3 – 4 years’ experience within dealership finance management
Must have automotive retail / dealership experience
Attention to detail
Excellent planning and organisation skills
Performance driven
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to work in a highly pressurised environment
Excellent peoples skills
Excellent leadership skills

Job description:

Report to CFO at Head Office in South Africa
Implement and execute strategies to promote dealership growth
Financial Planning Budgeting and forecasting
Financial reporting
Drive profitability and performance
Compile annual financial statements
Fixed assets and depreciation
Manage day-today coordination of financial activities ensuring cost efficiency
Variance analysis and reports
Monthly cash flow projections
Review policies and procedures
Internal controls and compliance
Prepare for external audits and ensure financial records are up to date and accurate
