A dynamic technology leader seeks a hands-on Financial Operations Manager to revolutionize our finance function and bridge the gap between numbers and operations.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and modernise the full operational finance function, including reporting and compliance.
• Drive process improvements and optimize financial systems for efficiency - Optimise ERP/BI systems to deliver financial insights
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting across the business.
• Oversee audits, internal controls, and statutory compliance.
• Mentor and lead the finance and admin teams, ensuring high performance and alignment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting Science, or a related field is essential.
• CA(SA) qualification is highly desirable with 2-3 years post article experience 
• Application of IFRS 15
