Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the company’s financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment.
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, including preparation, analysis, and review with senior management.
• Manage cash flow and banking relationships.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filing of all required tax returns.

• BCom qualification (essential).
• Xero
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
