POSITION INFO:

As they continue to expand and innovate, they are looking for a Financial Accountant to join their finance team and play a key role in managing their full financial function. As the Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the full financial function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting and analysis. Duties:

Preparing and presenting monthly management accounts, ensuring that all financial records are in line with business goals and objectives.
Generating accurate financial reports and analyses to provide insight into the company's financial performance.
Overseeing VAT, PAYE, and other tax-related processes to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy.
Conducting variance analysis, identifying trends, and advising management on opportunities to improve profitability and cost-efficiency.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:
- BCom Accounting Degree.
- Completed either SAIPA or SAICA articles.
Experience:
- 2 Years of Financial Accounting Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a financial accounting role, ideally within a retail or fast-paced environment.
