SUMMARY:
My client is looking for an experienced Financial Accountant to manage financial reporting, reconciliations, and ensure accuracy in financial statements. The role requires strong accounting skills and experience in the property sector.

POSITION INFO:
Its a leading property services company specializing in property management, retail leasing, and commercial real estate solutions. With a strong presence across Africa, they offer a wide range of services including facilities management, property investment, and strategic advisory to help clients maximize the value of their property assets.

Duties:

Preparing accurate financial statements and reports
Managing monthly reconciliations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
Supporting audits and providing financial insights to internal teams
Monitoring financial transactions to ensure accuracy
Maintaining financial records and ensuring timely submission of financial reports.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom Degree Accounting
4 years property experience
MDA system
