Financial Administrator

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Administrator to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property financial management and a strong background in MDA systems, advanced Excel, and tenant billing processes.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee tenant billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle municipal billing sheets and liaise with municipalities on related matters.
• Process and manage supplier invoices and creditor accounts.
• Generate payments for suppliers and creditors with precision.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Utilize MDA software for financial management tasks and reporting.
• Conduct advanced Excel tasks. 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property financial administration.
• Proficiency in MDA property management software.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong knowledge of tenant billing processes and municipal billing procedures.
• Experience with creditor management and supplier invoice processing.
• Familiarity with VAT returns and related compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
