Finance Administrator

POSITION INFO:

Are you a detail-oriented and numerically skilled professional looking for an opportunity in finance? We are seeking a Finance Administrator to join our team and ensure that our financial operations align with fundamental financial principles.

Key Responsibilities:

â Operational Excellence

Capture newly purchased assets onto the accounting system
Process monthly asset depreciation
Ensure creditors’ payments are processed accurately and on time
Manage and reconcile petty cash and bank clearing accounts

â Financial Administration

Prepare monthly expense reports
Maintain and manage debtors
Conduct balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with audits to ensure a smooth and timely process

â Self-Development & Growth

Complete all required training programs
Contribute to business growth by identifying process improvements
Actively support and collaborate with team members

What We’re Looking For:

ð¹ Qualifications & Experience

2 – 4 years of relevant finance experience
Finance-related tertiary qualification
Grade 12 certification
Valid SA driver’s license & own vehicle

ð¹ Skills & Competencies

Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced MS Excel skills
Time management and organizational skills
