JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in the FMCG group is looking for a Financial Administrator to join their team.


As a Financial Administrator you will:
•Create Customer Contracts.
• Create Customer Invoices.
• Updating Customer control list daily.
• Certify customer invoices and contracts.
• Upload files to Cloud.
• Updating registers.
• Physical filing.
• Manage data in S/Sheet and reports.
• Keep records up to date.
• Organize and schedule meetings and events.
• Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents.
• Managing and Ordering Stationary,
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks when necessary.

Qualifications
 
•Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or a similar field.
•A minimum of 2 years experience as a financial administrator, or similar.
•In-depth knowledge of financial controls and accounting standards.
