POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the company's existing book of clients, providing tailored financial advice and offering comprehensive portfolio reviews.
• Prospect and acquire new clients to expand the firm's already extensive client base.
• Offer professional financial products and services, building strong rapport and trust with clients.
• Collaborate with various FSPs and internal departments to resolve client concerns or queries efficiently.
• Maintain ongoing communication and relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met.
• Develop bespoke financial plans, advising on investment strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax optimization.
• Assess clients’ risk tolerance and recommend appropriate risk management solutions.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell financial services.
• Attend industry events, network with professionals, and participate in marketing initiatives to grow your client base.
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in financial laws and regulations.
• Provide regular reports to management and clients, tracking progress and portfolio performance.

• Minimum Matric with tertiary education in a finance-related field (Non-negotiable: NQF 5 – Wealth Management or BCom).
• RE5 certification (Non-negotiable).
• Relevant class of business qualifications in place.
• Fit and Proper requirements in compliance.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a financial planning role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar financial software.
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and professionals.
• Previous client book not a requirement.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle (Non-negotiable).
