POSITION INFO:

Support the Financial Manager in preparation of monthly and annual Financial reports
Support Annual Financial Statement preparation
Support the Financial Manager to prepare annual budgets
Update monthly forecasts
Oversee day-to-day accounting functions
Ensure compliance with IFRS
Support regulatory compliance and support risk profiling processes
Manage General Ledger allocations and reconciliations
Payroll processing and managing end to end process
Invoicing and Maintenance
Payment processing including validation of new beneficiaries
Manage creditors and age receivables to optimise cash flow
Cash management
Track and process refunds
Track and manage unallocated payments
Onboarding controls
Support Audits

Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 3 – 5 years of post-qualification experience – which can include Articles
Experience on systems such as Simplepay is beneficial
Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
Experience in Fintech or Financial Service industry is highly preferred

Qualification:
Completed Degree in Accounting or equivalent
Completed SAIPA articles
CIMA qualified
