Financial Controller and Office Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification

Minimum a BCom or suitable similar qualification

Requirements

5 Years or more relevant experience
Computer literate on Sage Accounting and MS Office essential
Computer literate on SAP would be an advantage

Duties

Manage all administration for a firm of professional loss adjusters
Monthly accounting function in liaison with UK based head office
Manage work in progress (time and expenses)
Manage debtors (invoicing and collection)
Manage creditors (reconciliations and payments)
Manage cash flow
Banking
Manage service level agreements with clients
Payroll for between 10 to 20 people
Monthly VAT and PAYE returns
IRP5 reconciliations
