Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 2 – 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Strong bookkeeping and accounting skills, with a solid understanding of accounting principles
• Previous experience in the iGaming Industry will be preferred
• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAGE pastel | pre-requisite) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience in a corporate or fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with project management tools and software
• Own transport & Valid Driver’s License

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain executive''s schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments and travel itineraries
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls and mail
• Coordinate and organise meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on action items
• Assist with the preparation of materials for meetings, presentations and reports
• Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making
• Manage and track expenses, including processing invoices and expense reports
• Maintain and organise files, records and documents
• Perform bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts and preparing the Trial Balance
• Supervise a small team, ensuring efficient office operations and providing guidance as needed
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the executive team

• Strong attention to detail and problem solving
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
