Duties:

• Oversee the full financial function, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage tax compliance and filings, including VAT, income tax, and statutory returns.
• Lead and support the finance team, ensuring efficient execution of financial processes and providing guidance for continuous improvement.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management, assisting in decision-making and driving business strategy.
• Assist with cash flow management and optimizing working capital.
• Ensure the maintenance of financial controls and compliance with internal policies.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Optimize financial systems and tools, ensuring accurate and effective performance.
• Present key financial information to senior leadership, highlighting trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

• Bcom Degree
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial management, with a background in retail services or a similar industry.
• Proven experience in managing financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
