SUMMARY:
We are looking for detail-oriented and experienced Property Accountants that has 3-5 years of experience in the property and real estate industry. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining precise financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, and assisting with budget preparation. This role demands strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner.
Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for cost savings or improvement.
Prepare and file tax returns as required.
Assist with payroll processing and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Relevant tertiary qualification.
A strong understanding of GAAP / IFRSÂ
Proficiency in accounting software, including Sage Evolution.
Proficiency in MS Office, with strong skills in MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
