SUMMARY:
Finishing Foreman required for a 6 Level Multi Level Residential Building project near the Newlands area in Cape Town.
 
Must have 15+ years experience gained on large multi story apartment building projects as Finishing Foreman

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Finishing and managing Quality Control
  • Supervision of sub-contractors
  • Managing daily diaries
  • Must have strong finishing and snagging abilities
  • Wet trades from start to finishes
  • Need to monitor programme / sub-contractors and cost as well as the safe work procedures for the subcontractors

Project details
  • 28 Secure Apartments over 5 Floors, ranging in size from one bedroom apartments to four bedroom Penthouses.
  • Contract Value – R70 Million
  • Area - Newlands
