POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Specialized Fitter to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitting and assembling poultry equipment, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, install, and maintain poultry equipment according to specifications and technical drawings.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
• Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical issues that arise with the equipment.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve equipment design and functionality.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during the fitting and assembly process.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Supervising the mean and management expectations

• Proven experience as a Fitter, preferably in the manufacturing sector for poultry equipment (Sheet metal would be a great advantage)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant certifications or technical training in fitting and assembly.
• Supervision and management skills

• Minimum Matric
• Driver's License and Own Vehicle
• Relevant trade certificate/qualification
• Minimum 3-5 Years Experience
