Fitter and Turner

Minimum requirements:

Must be in possession of a National Certificate (Matric)
Apprenticeship as Fitter & Turner with recognised Institution (Red Seal)
Must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings
Experience with a lathe is non negotiable
Must have valid driving licence
Basic knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental and/or statutory regulations will be an advantage
Knowledge of industrial machining techniques
Ability to use measuring equipment for quality control checks
Knowledge of mechanical maintenance practices and procedures for machine tools
Must reside in close proximity to the factory in Mkhuhlu (Hazyview)
