Our client is looking for a Flat Pack Furniture Technical Support Technician to join their team. In this role, you''ll assist customers with assembly queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they have the best possible experience with the products. You’ll be the go-to expert, providing guidance via phone, email, and chat while also contributing to improving assembly instructions.

- Assisting customers with assembly instructions and resolving technical issues
