We are looking for a passionate and motivated Flexible Independent Travel Manager to join our team and help clients create unforgettable journeys.

Job Summary:

• Providing a team of FIT consultants with sales direction and support
• Monitoring first responses on all new enquiries and distributing to consultants
• Managing quotes & emails to agents
• Systems management (Tourplan / HubSpot)
• Producing weekly and monthly statistics on sales and enquiries
• Advising team on putting together itineraries; dealing with any issues that may arise
• Ensuring the information is correct, monitoring follow-ups, replies
• Answering enquiries if/when needed
• Supervising/providing training schedules for any new staff as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in travel Consulting
• High level Knowledge of Africa Destinations
• Minimum of 1 year in a management position.
