Floor Controller

Need to have a strong sense floor controlling and needs to be able to take charge of any situation on the floor

Organisation skills a must

Great Planning skills, scheduling of staff, work and duty schedules

Will work closely with the VM Merchandiser on stores representation

Must be proficient in stock controlling, compiling stock loss prevention plans and executions.

Must be able to lead the workforce through the day to day activities
