Floor Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Retail / FMCG industry, based in Kirkwood, is currently looking to employ an experienced Floor Manager.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position within a Retail group.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Business hours are 6am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday. 45 hours per week. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Supervise daily store operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained environment.
• Manage and support staff, providing training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products.
• Monitor sales, implement promotions, and support marketing initiatives.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as store policies.
• Handle cash management, including opening and closing procedures and cash reconciliations.
• Generate and analyze reports on sales, inventory, and employee performance.
